Dr Matt is incredible. His knowledge of the human body and technique is beyond reproach. After my surgery on a broken toe, his rehab had me back running, biking and CrossFitting in half the time. I can now race again PAIN FREE.

Friendly and helpful staff, seamless billing processes while working with your insurance and appointments are fairly easy to come by (those early pre-work appointment times are MUCH appreciated). To top it off, Dr Fontaine is awesome. Been going for a year now after experiencing persistent lower back and hip pain that would just not go away. He incorporates so much more work than any other standard chiropractor I've seen for the same problems. He does expect a lot out of you in terms of working towards your physical goals on your own time but he supplies the tools you need and it's just the right amount of push to stay on top of your well being and keep feeling great.

I recommend Potomac Physical Medicine. Not only does Dr. Fontaine give me great chiropractic care, he follows that up with specific follow-up exercises.

Dr. Fontaine is very knowledgeable and he provides excellent treatment for sport injuries. He takes time to explain issues around the injury and exercises. The office is very nice and also staffs. I definitely recommend Potomac Physical Medicine to my friends.

Fantastic office and expert care. Dr. Matt helped me with shoulder and upper back pain. My mobility has increased dramatically. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Appointments are always confirmed and on time. A huge help! Great location.
