WHY POTOMAC PHYSICAL MEDICINE

Our Mission

Transforming How the World Moves…One Patient at a Time

HOW WE DO THAT

We offer complete resolution of the problem or significant improvement. Appointments always confirmed and on time. We take the time to explain the issues around your injury and the exercises we prescribe. We expect a lot from our patients in terms of working toward their health goals but we supply the tools you need with just the right amount of push to keep you on track on your way to wellbeing and keep you feeling great.

TO OUR PATIENTS

We believe everyone has the right to an accurate diagnosis. We believe our current disease care model is making us sicker, more diseased, more disabled and limiting our human potential. We believe everyone should have great health and a higher quality of life, free from pain or physical limitation. We believe better outcomes in medicine are directly tied to a collaborative approach. We happen to provide world class physical medicine…Want us to help you???

OUR BACKGROUND

Coming from an athletic background and a clinical experience that includes working in professional sports, we understand athletes. You have pain...And we know how to fix it and provide lasting results. We provide truly integrated care that is patient centric based on individual needs. We provide integrative and collaborative care. We start with an accurate diagnosis. We identify what's wrong, tell them how we can help them, let them know how long initial phase of care will take, and are transparent about financials upfront.

Friendly and helpful staff, seamless billing processes while working with your insurance and appointments are fairly easy to come by (those early pre-work appointment times are MUCH appreciated). To top it off, Dr Fontaine is awesome. Been going for a year now after experiencing persistent lower back and hip pain that would just not go away. He incorporates so much more work than any other standard chiropractor I’ve seen for the same problems. He does expect a lot out of you in terms of working towards your physical goals on your own time but he supplies the tools you need and it’s just the right amount of push to stay on top of your well being and keep feeling great.read more
